- 1 pinch of cinnamon
- 3 teaspoons of honey
- 2 eggs
- 1 teaspoon olive oil
How to make homemade granola fit:
- Our first step to make the healthy homemade granola recipe is to prelist the ingredients. Also preheat the oven to 120ºC.
- In a bowl, add the oat flakes, the grated coconut and the chia seeds. Mix these first ingredients very well.
- Add the raisins and blueberries.
- Tip: You can also add dried apricots or other dried fruits to the homemade fitness granola if you want.
- Next, it is the turn of the nuts. In this case, almonds and walnuts cut very thin. Mix the ingredients well.
- Add the bee honey and olive oil.
- Tip: You can use any type of honey you like.
- Add the egg white only to our healthy homemade granola and stir everything together.
- What the white is going to do is replace the olive oil a little so as not to add more fat to the recipe.
- The ideal is to obtain a mixture of homemade granola for athletes as seen in the photograph.
- Take the homemade fitness granola mix to a refractory so that it is well distributed on the surface.
- Cook in the oven for about 20-30 minutes, checking from time to time and turning the mixture so that it does not burn and the cooking is even.
- Remove the healthy homemade granola from the oven and add the cinnamon powder on top.
- Mix everything again. Also check out the recipe for homemade cereal bars if you’re interested.
- Once our homemade fit granola cools, take it to a glass jar where you can keep it for longer.
