- 200 gr of pork spine
- 3 large potatoes
- 2 sausages
- 200 gr of chopped vegetables
- 100 gr of small beans
How to make homemade Galician broth:
- List all the ingredients.
- Place the beans in water from the day before.
- Heat 2 liters of water, when it is boiling add the beans and the pork backbone, cook for one hour.
- Cut the sausage into slices.
- Peel and cut the potato into squares but with not very perfect cuts.
- Add the potato and chorizo and cook for half an hour more.
- Add the vegetables and cook for half an hour more, add salt and pepper.
- Serve and taste very hot.
