  1. 500 grams of flour
  2. ½ tablespoon of sugar
  3. ½ tablespoon of salt
  4. 40 grams of butter
  5. 8 ounces of warm water
  6. ½ pound ground beef

How to make homemade empanadas without oven:

  • Melt the butter and heat the water to start preparing the dough for the homemade empanadas.
  • Mix the flour with the salt and the sugar. We have used wheat flour, but if you prefer you can use another type of flour.
  • Form a volcano with the flour and add the butter and water to the center to knead for 5-8 minutes.
  • Make a ball with the dough and let it rest for 30 minutes.
