  • 40 grams of chocolate to melt
  • 4 spoons

How to make homemade Easter Eggs without a mold:

  1. To get started with this easy no-mold Easter egg recipe, first choose the number of spoons you want.
  2.  If you want to make many eggs, you must choose many spoons. They will work as a mold for these chocolate Easter eggs.
  3. If you have a variety of sizes, we recommend choosing the largest and deepest ones, so that the result is more realistic. Then clean them with rubbing alcohol and a paper napkin.
  4. Melt the chocolate in the microwave or in a water bath. For the first option, arrange the chocolate in an appliance-safe container and set it to the lowest power setting.
  5. Heat for 1 minute and stir.
  6. Repeat until completely melted. For the second option, arrange the chocolate in a container over another with boiling water, without coming into contact.
  7. Mix until melted.
  8. Proceed to fill the clean spoons with the chocolate that you have melted.
  9. Trick: if the spoons move, you can previously line the edge of the plate with aluminum foil to rest them on it, so they won’t move.
  10. And how to unmold Easter eggs? Before the chocolate cools, decorate it to taste with granules, pearls, sprinkles, if you wish.
  11.  Then chill it in the fridgeuntil it hardens and you can remove it from the spoons.
