  2. 1 can of condensed milk (400 ml)
  3. 4 large eggs (yolks)
  4. 3 tablespoons of liquid coffee or soluble coffee
  5. 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  6. 175 milliliters of rum (optional)
  7. 1 tablespoon liquid vanilla
  8. For decoration:
  9. ½ cup whipped cream or meringue
  10. 1 mint leaf
  11. 1 pinch of cinnamon

How to make homemade coffee eggnog:

  • Add the milk, condensed milk, egg yolks, coffee and cinnamon into a bowl. Stir very well until all the ingredients are integrated.
  • Pour the mixture into a saucepan and cook over medium heat. Mix constantly for 15 minutes or until the preparation begins to boil slightly. Remove from heat.
  • Pour the mixture into a bowl. Add the rum and vanilla, and stir very well until fully incorporated into the mixture. Coffee eggnog in just 3 steps!
  • Tip: Rum and cinnamon are added at the end so that they maintain their flavor and do not lose intensity during cooking.
  • You can serve the homemade coffee eggnog at room temperature or cold. It tastes delicious with cream (whipped or meringue) and sprinkled with cinnamon. An unforgettable drink!
