  • 200 grams of cup Chocolate
  • 1½ cups of Milk (360 milliliters)
  • 6 eggs
  • 1 can of condensed milk
  • ½ tablespoon vanilla essence
  • ½ cup of Water (120 milliliters)

How to make Homemade Chocolate Quesillo:

  1. The first thing you have to do to make this homemade chocolate cheese is to place the water and sugar in a pot to prepare the liquid caramel. Cook over medium heat until deep golden in color.
  2. Remove the liquid caramel from the heat, place it at the base of a quesillera or flan mold and let it cool. Also put on the walls.
  3. In another pot melt the chocolate together with the milk. Apart, you must mix the condensed milk with the eggs and the essence of vanilla. Then, add the melted chocolate to this second mixture, stir and pour the final mixture into the quesillera where you have the caramel.
  4. Bake the homemade chocolate cheese in a bain-marie at 180º C for one hour, or until set. Let cool to decorate and enjoy its delicious sweetness and flavor.
