Homemade Chinese Rice Recipe

Ingredients to make homemade Chinese rice:

  • 1 kilogram of rice
  • 1 can of Peas
  • 1 head of garlic
  • ½ kilogram of bean sprouts
  • 1 unit of Carrot
  • ½ kilogram of ham
  • 2 units of chicken prey
  • 2 tablespoons of soy sauce
  • 2 dessert spoons of Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 unit of onion

How to make homemade Chinese Rice:

  1. The first thing we are going to do is cook the rice. To do this, put the water on to heat and do not add the salt until it starts to boil. Once it reaches the boiling point, add salt to taste and the rice.

  3. When the rice is ready, drain and reserve for later. Now, take a frying pan and put oil to heat. Once it is hot, fry the chicken cut into small pieces or strips, as you prefer.
  4. To continue with the Chinese rice dressing, when the chicken is half done, add the finely chopped onion and bean sprouts. Cook everything for five more minutes, approximately.
