Homemade Chickpeas with Prawns Recipe

Ingredients to make homemade Chickpeas with prawns:

  • 12 prawns
  • 200 g chickpeas
  • 1 tomato
  • 1 onion
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • olive oil

List all the ingredients.

  1. Put the chickpeas in water overnight
  2. Place the chickpeas in a pot and cook them for 3 hours with plenty of water over high heat.
  3. In a very hot pan, brown the grated onion and grated tomato, add salt and pepper to taste.
  4. Add the prawns and cook for 3 minutes. Reserve
  5. When we see that the chickpeas are soft, we add the stew with the prawns, rectify the flavor and cook for 5 more minutes over medium heat.
