Ingredients to make homemade Chickpeas with prawns:
- 12 prawns
- 200 g chickpeas
- 1 tomato
- 1 onion
- Salt
- Pepper
- olive oil
List all the ingredients.
- Put the chickpeas in water overnight
- Place the chickpeas in a pot and cook them for 3 hours with plenty of water over high heat.
- In a very hot pan, brown the grated onion and grated tomato, add salt and pepper to taste.
- Add the prawns and cook for 3 minutes. Reserve
- When we see that the chickpeas are soft, we add the stew with the prawns, rectify the flavor and cook for 5 more minutes over medium heat.
