Homemade Chicken Empanadas Recipe

Ingredients to make Homemade Chicken Empanadas:

• 1 unit of whole chicken shredded

• 4 units of Peeled Tomato

• 1 unit of Onion

• Oil

• 1 slice of seedless green olives

• 1 package of cream cheese

• 4 units of boiled egg

• 1 pinch of salt and pepper

How to make Homemade Chicken Empanadas:

Chop the onion finely and fry until golden. Once golden, add the shredded chicken and the very finely chopped tomato as well. Mix and continue cooking over moderate heat for a few minutes until the chicken is done and everything is golden. Remove the pan from the heat and add to the filling of the chicken empanadas, the sliced olives and the hard-boiled eggs, also chopped.

Cut the cheese into small pieces and mix it with the filling, in this way it will melt into the mixture, resulting in an exquisite filling. Adjust the seasoning to taste with salt and pepper.
