Homemade Chicken Breast Croquettes Recipe

Ingredients to make homemade chicken breast croquettes:

• 2 cups of whole meal flour

• 4 or 5 pieces of filleted breast

• Salt to taste

• 3 eggs

• 0.5 purple onion

• 1 whole chives

• Dried basil to taste

• Chopped parsley

• 1 carrot

• Pepper or merken to taste

• 0.5 cup of milk

• 1 red bell pepper, diced

• 4 tablespoons of oil

How to make homemade chicken breast croquettes:

Cook the chicken breast with water until it is cooked. Once cooked, chop the breast and put it in the same pot you used it to avoid making too much mess. In the pan add the small chopped vegetables , put 1 tablespoon of oil and sauté until they are cooked, seasoning them with the seasoning of salt, basil, pepper and a little parsley. Once the vegetables are cooked, add to the chicken and the eggs, and a little more salt and pepper if needed. Then add the flour, milk and mix everything together. There must be a mass of chicken breast and egg croquettes that can be manipulated with your hands. If it was too watery, add more flour and that’s it. You can give it the shape you want, I made the croquettes in rolls.

Add 3 or 4 tablespoons of oil to the pan and fry the chicken breast croquettes over low or low heat so they don’t burn. Once the oil is hot, you put your croquettes and they will be very crispy and rich. This is how my homemade chicken breast croquettes are looking.
