Homemade Andean punch

Ingredients to make homemade Andean Punch:

  • 6 eggs, just the yolks
  • 1/2 liter of rum
  • 3 boxes of vanilla flan
  • 3 cans of condensed milk
  • 1 can of evaporated milk
  • 2 liters of milk
  • cinnamon sticks

How to make homemade Andean Punch:

  1. Prepare the flan in the cold milk and heat it until it begins to boil, turning it all the time with a wooden spoon, so that it does not become lumpy.
  2. In the blender blend the egg yolks with the condensed and evaporated milk and add half a liter of rum if you want it to be stronger add more rum.
  3. Then combine this with the flan, always beating with a wooden spoon, let it rest and serve with crushed ice and place the cinnamon sticks for decoration.
