Hind Lentils Recipe

Ingredients to make Lentils:

  • 400 gr. of lentils
  • 1 green bell pepper
  • 1 onion
  • White pepper
  • 2 egg yolks
  • 1 splash of vinegar
  • parsley
  • olive oil
  • Water
  • Salt

How to make Hind Lentils:

1 Cook the lentils in water with a splash of oil, salt and the green pepper for about an , over low heat.

2 In a pan, sauté the chopped and seasoned onion.

3 Pour this sauce over the cooked lentils, sprinkle with chopped parsley and cook for 5 more minutes.

4 Beat the yolks with a splash of vinegar and add everything to the lentil casserole.

5 Mix well and let sit for about 3 minutes.
