Ingredients to make Heart of Palm with tuna and egg:
- 1 kg. hearts of palm
- 2 cans of quality tuna
- 3 eggs
- 1 medium onion
- and cilantro roll
- vegetable oil,
- Pepper and curry to taste.
How to make Heart of Palm with tuna and egg:
- Sauté the hearts of palm in boiling water for 5 minutes until smooth. Drain them. Cut them into pieces.
- Place the oil, cilantro, and chopped onion in a casserole or pan and fry. Add the hearts of palm and stir for a minute. Add the tuna and stir. Then add the eggs and finish stirring, adding the pepper, salt and curry. Serve. Accompany with tortillas.
