Heart of palm recipe with tuna and egg

Ingredients to make Heart of Palm with tuna and egg:

  • 1 kg. hearts of palm
  • 2 cans of quality tuna
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 medium onion
  • and cilantro roll
  • vegetable oil,
  • Pepper and curry to taste.

How to make Heart of Palm with tuna and egg:

  1. Sauté the hearts of palm in boiling water for 5 minutes until smooth. Drain them. Cut them into pieces.
  2. Place the oil, cilantro, and chopped onion in a casserole or pan and fry. Add the hearts of palm and stir for a minute. Add the tuna and stir. Then add the eggs and finish stirring, adding the pepper, salt and curry. Serve. Accompany with tortillas.
