Heart of Palm Cream Recipe

Ingredients to make Heart of Palm Cream:

  • 1 onion
  • 2 cans of hearts of palm
  • 2 cups of chicken broth
  • 1 liter of milk
  • 1/4 liter of whipped cream
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Butter

How to make Heart of Palm Cream:

  1. The onion is cut into brunoised and sautéed in the butter until it begins to brown.
  2. Blend the drained hearts of palm in an electric blender along with the fried onion
  3. Then add the chicken broth and milk, and let it boil for approximately 3 minutes.
  4. Add the whipped cream and let it boil another 3 minutes.
  5. Season the cream of hearts of palm with salt and pepper to taste, and serve with some aromatic herbs and/or pieces of hearts of palm cut on top. Bon Appetite!
