  • 200 milliliters of skimmed or vegetable milk without sugar
  • ½ juice and lemon zest
  • 1 dessert spoon cornstarch
  • 1 egg yolk
  • 1 egg
  • 15 drops of sweetener suitable for cooking
  • To cover (optional):
  • 30 grams of skimmed spreadable cheese
  • 3 drops of sweetener suitable for cooking

How to make healthy lemon pie:

  1. To get started with the healthy lemon pie recipe, first mix the ingredients for the no-knead dough so that the gluten does not develop and the dough is shortcrust.
  2. Tip: integrate the dry ingredients first and then add the wet ones.
  3. Next, roll out the dough and use it to cover the mold in which you want to prepare your lemon pie. Be sure to pre-oil it so it doesn’t stick. Bake in the oven for about 10 minutes or until lightly golden.
  4. While your dough is cooking, dissolve the cornstarch in the milkin a saucepan. Take it to the stove over medium heat and stir until thickened, approximately 3-5 minutes.
