Ingredients to make Ham Mousse:
- 1 cup of chopped leg ham
- 5 cups chopped smoked bacon
- 1 head of onion chopped
- 1 teaspoon mustard
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 2 tablespoons of margarine
- 2 tablespoons unflavored gelatin
- 1 cup bechamel sauce
- 5 cups cream or heavy cream
- 100 ml of water
- 1 pinch of salt
- 1 pinch of pepper
How to make Ham Mousse:
- Prepare a sauce with margarine, ham, bacon and onion and set aside.
- Dissolve the gelatin in lukewarm water and set aside. Then mix the gelatin, bechamel sauce, heavy cream, Worcestershire sauce, mustard, salt and pepper.
- Add the sauce and continue mixing and then place it in a mouse mold and refrigerate until set.
