Ingredients to make Ham, Cheese and Egg Empanadas:

• 300 grams of mozzarella cheese

• 300 grams of sliced ham

• 1 unit of Egg

• 1 pinch of salt

How to make Ham, Cheese and Egg Empanadas:

Cut the cooked ham into small squares and mix with the cheese in a bowl. To cut the ham easily, place all the slices together, one on top of the other and first make vertical strips and then cut them horizontally. Separately, beat the egg with a pinch of salt. The beaten egg will serve to bind the cheese and ham. Then mix everything well until the ham and cheese are completely impregnated with the egg. This mixture will be the filling for the empanadas.

Fill the empanadas and close by crushing the edges with a fork. Remember not to fill too much so that the filling does not come out during cooking.
