Ingredients to make Ham and Pineapple Lasagna:
- 8 York ham, sliced
- 16 sandwich cheese, slices
- 8 canned pineapple, sliced
- 250 ml of orange juice
- 4 tablespoons of soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon of sugar
- 1 glass of evaporated milk
- 1 pinch of salt
- 1 pinch of pepper
How to make Ham and Pineapple Lasagna:
- Cut the slices of ham in half and place the ham in the bottom of a baking dish, cheese on top, another ham and pineapple on top.
- Continue placing in that order until finished
- Prepare the sauce by combining all the ingredients: orange juice, soy sauce, sugar, evaporated milk, salt and pepper, and pour it over the lasagna.
- Bake at 200º for 10 minutes.
