Ham and Pineapple Lasagna Recipe

Ingredients to make Ham and Pineapple Lasagna:

  1. 8 York ham, sliced
  2. 16 sandwich cheese, slices
  3. 8 canned pineapple, sliced
  4. 250 ml of orange juice
  5. 4 tablespoons of soy sauce
  6. 1 teaspoon of sugar
  7. 1 glass of evaporated milk
  8. 1 pinch of salt
  9. 1 pinch of pepper

How to make Ham and Pineapple Lasagna:

  • Cut the slices of ham in half and place the ham in the bottom of a baking dish, cheese on top, another ham and pineapple on top.
  • Continue placing in that order until finished
  • Prepare the sauce by combining all the ingredients: orange juice, soy sauce, sugar, evaporated milk, salt and pepper, and pour it over the lasagna.
  • Bake at 200º for 10 minutes.
