Ingredients to make Ham and Cheese Tart:

For the mass:

• 1 egg

• 125 grams of instant mashed potatoes

• 1 pinch of nutmeg (optional)

• 1 cup of hot water

For the filling:

• 150 grams of fresh cheese or mozzarella

• 150 grams of cooked ham

• 1 egg

• 25 cubic centimeters of milk

• Oregano

How to make Ham and Cheese Tart:

Make this ham and cheese cake recipe starting with the preparation of the dough. To make it, mix the instant mashed potato with the egg, hot water and, if you like, the nutmeg as well.

Integrate all the ingredients until you get a homogeneous mixture and take it to a tart pan with spray oil. With the help of your hands, stretch the mixture to form the base of the cake. Cook it in the hot oven, at approximately 200 ºC for about 15 minutes.
