Ingredients to make Ham and Cheese Crepes:

  • 125 grams of flour
  • ½ liter of milk
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 tbsp. of butter
  • 2 bowls of béchamel sauce
  • 100 grams of grated cheese
  • Salt

For the filling

  • 1 onion
  • 250 grams of soft cheese
  • 2 thick slices of ham
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil

How to make Ham and Cheese Crepes:

Mix with the well-beaten eggs and milk. Season with salt and pass through a fine strainer. Let stand for 30 minutes. Heat the butter a little in a frying pan and pour in a little paste, enough to cover the entire bottom of the satin.

Cook the crepe on both sides. Sauté the chopped onion in oil over low heat. When it is golden brown, mix it with the cheese and ham cut in two and add half of the béchamel. Fill the crepes with the previous preparation; fold them in four and cover them with the rest of the béchamel. Sprinkle with the grated cheese and gratin them for a few moments.
