  • 200 cubic centimeters of cold water
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 Teaspoon vanilla extract
  • To assemble the cake pops:
  • 800 grams of pastry dulce de leche

How to make Halloween Cake Pops:

  1. To get started with the Halloween cake pops recipe, first make the cake. To do this, beat the egg sat room temperature until foamy.
  2. At this time, add the sugar in the form of rain and continue beating until you reach the letter point. Approximately you will need to beat about 7 minutes. Then reserve.
  3. In another container, mix the bitter cocoa with the boiling water to dissolve it. When it does, add oil, cold water and vanilla essence.

  5. Mix the flour with the baking powder, the baking soda and the pinch of salt, sift the ingredients previously.
  6. Add these dry ingredients in 2-3 batches, mixing carefully with a hand mixer until just combined, but do not overbeat.
  7. Prepare the mold to cook the sponge cake by buttering it and covering the bottom with parchment paper.
  8. In this case, it is a detachable mold of 24 centimeters in diameter.
  9. Pour the preparation into it and cook in the preheated oven at 180 ºC for 40 minutes or until, when pierced, no remains of the preparation come out.
  10. When you remove the cake from the oven, let it rest to cool before unmolding.
  11. Break the sponge cake to undo it and mix it with the dulce de leche.
  12. You must form a dough that is malleable.
  13. At this point, children can participate and have fun.
  14. With wet hands so that the preparation does not stick, make the cake pops and coat them with the sprinkles of the chosen color.
  15.  In this case, we have coated some with orange sprinkles and others with black sprinkles, characteristic colors of Halloween. If you want, you can also use purple.
  16. Arrange the Halloween cake pops on a plate.
