  • 100 grams of spinach
  • 1 small onion
  • 1 tablespoon of flour
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 50 cubic centimeters of milk
  • ½ teaspoon nutmeg
  • ¼ teaspoon pepper
  • 1 cup tomato puree
  • 3 tablespoons of oats

  1. The first step in making this recipe for hake rolls stuffed with spinach consists of peeling, chopping and browning the onion over high heat with 1 teaspoon of oil until transparent.
