Ingredients to make Hake en papillote with vegetables:
- 4 units of Hake fillets
- 1 unit of Carrot
- 120 grams of Celery
- 1 unit of pepper or paprika
- 1 piece of white onion
- 1 tablespoon Garlic powder
- 1 tablespoon onion powder
- 1 glass of white wine
- 1 pinch of salt
- 1 pinch of Pepper
- 1 unit of aluminum foil
How to make Hake en papillote with vegetables:
- The first step to make the fish en papillote recipe is to prepare all the ingredients.
- In a bowl add the hake fillets; add the garlic powder, the onion powder and a little white wine. Let marinate in the refrigerator for about an hour.
- Once the hake fillets are marinated, cut four large squares of aluminum foil and add each of the fillets on top with the vegetables cut into strips.
- Add a little salt and pepper to taste, also a little of the juice from the marinade of our hake en papillote.
- Wrap the fish with the aluminum foil, the ideal is that it remains like an envelope so that it cooks well and the juices of the preparation do not come out. Bake for approximately 30 minutes.
