Hake loins with garlic recipe

You will find many recipes with hake and if you like cooking with garlic, typical of some parts of Spain, you are in the right place. Start with this easy garlic hake recipe and you will see how you will become a fan of fish and garlic recipes.

Ingredients to make Garlic Hake Loins:

  • 400 grams of hake loins
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 1 unit of Chili
  • ½ glass of white wine
  • 1 pinch of salt

How to make Garlic Hake Loins:

  1. Heat olive oil in a clay pot. Meanwhile, we chop a couple of garlic cloves and a dry red chili pepper and we put them in a casserole.
  2. When the minced garlic has browned, carefully place the hake fillets with the skin side facing the casserole. Add salt to taste and let the fish change color.
  3. Then we pour a stream of white wine over the garlic hake and let it reduce. Once the alcohol has reduced, place the casserole on a wooden board and serve.
  4. You can serve the hake fillets with garlic accompanied with some roasted potatoes with fine herbs or a garnish of potatoes with artichokes. Good appetite!
