Hake casserole recipe with coconut milk

Ingredients to make Hake casserole with coconut milk:

  • 250 g hake
  • 200 gr coconut milk
  • 4 potatoes
  • 1 white onion
  • 100 gr coriander
  • 1 lemon
  • salted
  • Pepper

How to make Hake casserole with coconut milk:

  1. Ready all the ingredients.
  2. In a large pot, cook the onion cut into squares, for three minutes, or until you see that it is white.
  3. When the onion is well cooked adds the coconut milk and rectifies the flavor with salt and pepper.
  4. Peel the potatoes and cut them into quarters, add to the coconut milk, cook for 25 minutes with the pot covered and over low heat.
  5. When the potatoes are soft, add water to completely cover the potatoes and add a little cumin, this can be optional. Add the hake cut into large squares, cook for 25 more minutes with the pot covered.
  6. Serve very hot and taste with a little coriander.
