Hake casserole recipe

Ingredients to make Hake casserole:

  • 250 g hake
  • 1 unit large potato
  • 1/2 unit white onion
  • 2 unit ripe red tomatoes
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 30 g coriander
  • 1/2 unit lemon
  • olive oil
  • salted
  • Pepper

How to make Hake casserole:

  1. Ready all the ingredients.
  2. In a pot with oil, cook the finely chopped onion and garlic with salt for 3 minutes at medium heat.
  3. Add the skinless tomato, cut into small cubes, when it releases its juices add the skinless potatoes cut into small cubes, season with salt and pepper.
  4. Add the coriander stems, cover, lower the heat and cook for 20 minutes until the potatoes are soft.
  5. After that time, season the hake with salt and pepper, add to the pot, cover and cook for 8 minutes over low heat.
  6. Remove the coriander stems, serve the hake with the resulting sauce and cover with finely chopped coriander. Accompany with a slice of lemon.
