Hake and prawn cake recipe

Ingredients to make Hake and prawn cake:

  • 400 grams of hake
  • 200 grams of prawns
  • 5 eggs
  • 250 milliliters of cooking cream
  • 4 tablespoons fried tomato
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 pinch of pepper

How to make Hake and prawn pie:

  1. Turn on the oven at 180ºC with heat up and down. Cook the prawns, peel them and cut them into pieces. You can put the hake in the microwave for a minute to cook it a bit or pass it through the pan for a couple of minutes, remove the skin and bones that it has and chop it up. For this recipe you can use frozen hack.
  2. Beat the eggs and cream in a bowl, add the fried tomato and mix again. You can also make the hake and shrimp cake with crushed natural tomato.
