How to make Guinness Tart with Thermomix:

  1. We will start by preparing the cake with beer for our Guinness cake, then place the flour in the glass of your Thermomix together with the cocoa, sugar and bicarbonate. Program for 15 seconds and speed 5 to mix everything well. Booking.
  2. Add the black beer and the softened butter to the clean glass, that is, at room temperature. Integrate these ingredients programming for 3 minutes with speed 2 and activate the temperature at 50º.
  3. Now add the cream, vanilla and eggs to the glass. Beat again mixing everything for 30 seconds with speed 2 and a half.
  4. When the Thermomix has finished, turn the speed back to 3 but without setting the time. Then add the mixture of dry ingredients that we prepared in the first step until you see that everything has been completely integrated into a homogeneous and uniform mixture.
  5. Pour the mixture of our Guinness sponge cake into a cake pan, previously greased or lined with baking paper. Cook the cake at 180º C. for about 50 minutes or until you check that the cake is ready, with the toothpick test.
  6. To make the cheese frosting, mix the icing sugar with the cream cheese at speed 3, without time. Let the Thermomix work until you get a perfect cream. Booking.
  7. Trick: To make icing sugar you can use normal sugar and grind it for 30 seconds at progressive speed 5-9.
  8. Next, place the butterfly on the blades and mount the milk cream programming at speed 3 and a half without time. When assembled for the Thermomix.
  9. You must be aware of the preparation time of the whipped cream with Thermomix, since if you go too far you can make it turn into butter.
  10. Trick: Remember that to mount cream it must be very cold, from the fridge.
  11. Next, join the whipped cream and the glass mixture with soft and enveloping movements. When you have the cheese frosting ready, you can cover the Guinness cake and decorate it in the traditional way.
  12. Enjoy in a big way with this delicious Guinness cake with Thermomix and serve it as a dessert on a special date, such as a birthday or family celebrations such as Christmas.
