Ingredients to make Ceviche Guatemalan style!

  • 1 pound of shrimp (you can use crab, fish, octopus…)
  • 1 chopped onion
  • 5 chopped tomatoes
  • Mint
  • English sauce
  • Lemon juice (about 10 lemons)
  • Salt to taste

How to make Ceviche Guatemalan style!

In a glass container, put the already cleaned shrimp to cook with the lemon juice for approximately 30 or 45 minutes. Chop the onion, the tomatoes and the peppermint (mint), add the Worcestershire sauce, lemon and salt to taste.

When the shrimp are already cooked, remove the lemon, you can pass them water or just drain them, mix them in a container with the other ingredients.

You can eat them with soda crackers or tortillas and add hot sauce or ketchup according to your taste. It is also super tasty to accompany it with a cold beer!!!
