Guacamole recipe with smoked salmon

Ingredients to make Guacamole with smoked salmon:

  • 1 avocado
  • ½ Lemon
  • 1 sprig of Coriander
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 3 drops of Tabasco sauce
  • 100 grams of smoked salmon
  • 1 jet of olive oil
  • 1 sprig of fresh dill

How to make Guacamole with Smoked Salmon:

Once you have all the ingredients at hand, we will start by preparing the guacamole. To do it you have two options, you can simply mash the avocado and season or mix it with a little tomato and red onion. In this case we will make the simplest version of guacamole, so remove all the pulp from the avocado and place it in a bowl.

Then add a little lemon juice, finely chopped coriander, salt and a few drops of Tabasco sauce to the bowl. Mix all this and taste the guacamole until it is to your liking, ideally it should taste fresh and slightly spicy at the end.

Tip: Reserve with the bone or the avocado seed inside the bowl to prevent it from oxidizing.

On the other hand, cut the smoked salmon into squares. This cut is known as brunoised and it will be perfect for making a more elegant presentation of our smoked salmon guacamole dish. Season the salmon with a few drops of olive oil and fresh dill. Once the two ingredients of our dish are ready, we can create different presentations, either as an appetizer or as a filling for a sandwich. So, to assemble the guacamole with smoked salmon we start by plating the guacamole on the base, the salmon on top and we finish the decoration with a little mango, orange or a sprig of dill.

If, on the other hand, we want to make a healthy sandwich as a light dinner, we can spread the guacamole and spread a little salmon on top of some slices of whole meal bread with seeds, for example.
