Grouper with aioli recipe

Ingredients to make Grouper with aioli:

  • for 4 people
  • 800 grams of grouper in fillets
  • 1 and a half kilo of potatoes
  • 1 cup mayonnaise (with 1 crushed garlic clove)
  • 1 deciliter of virgin olive oil
  • salted
  • pepper to taste

How to make Grouper with aioli:

  1. Peel the potatoes and cut them into squares as for salad.
  2. Cook the potatoes with water and salt until soft and tender.
  3. Once cooked, remove them from the heat, drain them in a colander and sprinkle them with chopped parsley.
  4. Then we spray them with olive oil and garlic mayonnaise (quick aioli) and reserve them.
  5. Heat a non-stick frying pan, lightly oil and place the grouper slices on the griddle.
  6. Cook the grouper over low heat on both sides, sprinkling with lemon a few minutes before finishing cooking.
  7. We serve the grouper fillets with the potatoes cooked and sauced with virgin olive oil and aioli sauce.
