Grouper recipe with steamed peppers

Ingredients to make grouper with steamed peppers:

  • mere
  • garlic
  • salted
  • peppers (preferably ground black and white)
  • lemon

How to make grouper with steamed peppers:

  1. Take a grouper or another fish, season with garlic, salt, pepper (preferably ground black and white), and lemon.
  2. Then take half a red bell pepper and half a yellow bell pepper and cut them into strips.
  3. Take an onion and cut it into rounds. You can accompany it with potatoes cut into pieces. ok with the pre-heated oven you take a pair and line it with aluminum foil but you must take into account that the paper has to be about twice the size of the pair because you have to fold it to seal the pair hermetically.
  4. On top of the paper you place a little butter and a couple of drops of extra virgin oil and water it in the bottom of the pair.
  5. Then you place the fish; put the onions and chili peppers on top.
  6. Next you put the potatoes and close the pair well and put it in the oven for 25 or 30 min. When you take out the ready paired, cut the paper at the top and you will see how that steam full of deadly odors comes out.
  7. To serve, take the paper by the side corners and put it on a plate to eat it now. Enjoy it.
