Grouper in cream sauce recipe

Ingredients to make Grouper in cream sauce:

  • 800 gr. grouper fillets
  • 1 glass of concentrated fish broth
  • 1 onion
  • 6 tablespoons of oil
  • 150 gr. of mushrooms
  • salted
  • Pepper
  • lemon
  • white rice to accompany

How to make Grouper in Cream Sauce:

  1. Season the fillets, water with a few drops of lemon and oil and microwave them covered for two minutes.
  2. Keep them covered.
  3. Stew the onion in the microwave for 10 minutes at 100%.
  4. Add the oloroso, the brother and the juice that it released when it was made.
  5. Cover and do it for five minutes at 100%. Season with salt and cover the grouper fillets with the sauce.
  6. Serve with white rice and filleted mushrooms and microwave for a few minutes with a little oil.
