Grouper Fillet in Caldero Recipe

Ingredients to make Grouper Fillet in Caldero:

  • 4 grouper fillet
  • 16 u. shrimp
  • 150 gr. mushroom
  • 1 glass brandy
  • 1 pc. chopped onion
  • 150 ml. béchamel sauce
  • 100 gr. parmesan
  • salted
  • Pepper
  • butter
  • oil

How to make Grouper Fillet in Caldero:

  1. Season the fillets with salt and pepper and brown them in a frying pan with the butter and oil and reserve.
  2. Apart, in the same oil we put the onion, we sauté it without letting it brown, we put the shrimp and mushrooms.
  3. We put the fillets back and flame them with a glass of brandy.
  4. We put the béchamel on it, we check the salt and we place it in a baking dish. We put the Parmesan and gratin it. It can be accompanied by mashed potatoes.
