Ingredients to make group supreme with glazed vegetables:
- 800 g grouper in 4 loins
- 2 egg yolks
- 2 garlic cloves
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 250ml oil

- 2 potatoes
- 2 carrots
- 50g butter
- 1 tablespoon sugar

How to make group supreme with glazed vegetables:
- Crush the garlic in a mortar with a few grains of salt.
- Add the lemon juice and oil little by little until you have a mayonnaise-like sauce.

- Step 2 peel the potatoes and carrots and slice in small portions.
