Ground Beef Soup Recipe

Ingredients to make Ground Beef Soup:

  • ¼ kilogram of ground beef
  • 1 unit of Tomato
  • ¼ piece of Onion
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 1 jet of olive oil
  • 1½ liters of water
  • 1 pinch of salt or beef or chicken bouillon cubes
  • 1 branch of Epazote

How to make Ground Beef Soup:

  1. Take a pan and heat it with a little oil. When hot, lightly fry the ground beef.
  2. Blend the tomato, onion and garlic in a blender. Once ground, strain the mixture over the fried meat and fry everything together for another 10 minutes.
  3. Then, add a liter and a half of water, salt or cubes of meat or chicken broth to taste. Also add the branch of epazote and let the meat soup boil for at least half an hour.
  4. Turn off the heat and serve the ground beef soup hot, with diced potatoes or croutons. Bon Appetite!
