Ground Beef Pudding Recipe

Ingredients to make Ground Beef Pudding:

  1. 600 grams of ground beef
  2. 2 Bread rolls or Marraquetas
  3. 1 onion
  4. 4 eggs
  5. ½ Paprika
  6. 1 pinch of oregano
  7. 2 garlic cloves
  8. 1 pinch of salt
  9. 1 egg yolk

How to make Ground Beef Pudding:

  • When you have all the ingredients on the work table, we will start by finely chopping the onion and paprika.

  • Heat a frying pan with a few drops of oil and fry the onion, garlic and pepper. Keep cooking until all the vegetables are cooked.
  • Meanwhile, the eggs will already be cooked and we can chop them into squares.
  • To make the dough for our inexpensive meat pudding, we located a large bowl and placed the meat along with the vegetables and bread that we had soaked. Knead to mix well, add the boiled egg and season with oregano and salt.
  • To finish, we grease a baking dish with some butter or oil and pour the meat mixture into it. Cover with a layer of beaten yolk to brown and cook for 30-45 minutes at 180ºC and that’s it.
