Tuna is a very protein fish and the belly is one of its juiciest parts. It is placed under the head of the tuna and is the protagonist of a multitude of recipes. we are going to accompany this grilled tuna belly with a simple seasoned potato salad. A delicious and light dish that you can eat whenever you want.
Ingredients to make grilled tuna belly:
- 400 grams of tuna belly
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- 1 pinch of salt
- 2 units of potatoes
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 bunch of fresh parsley
How to make grilled tuna belly:
- To prepare the grilled tuna belly, we gather all the ingredients.
- Cook the peeled and chopped potatoes in a pot with boiling water until they are tender.
- We macerate the garlic and the chopped parsley in a bowl with olive oil.
- When they are soft, drain the potatoes and season them with salt and the mixture of garlic and parsley. This will be the garnish for our tuna recipe.
- Separately, in a frying pan over high heat, heat a drizzle of olive oil and put the grilled tuna belly. Salt and let brown on both sides, a few seconds on each side.
