Grilled tuna belly recipe

Tuna is a very protein fish and the belly is one of its juiciest parts. It is placed under the head of the tuna and is the protagonist of a multitude of recipes. we are going to accompany this grilled tuna belly with a simple seasoned potato salad. A delicious and light dish that you can eat whenever you want.

Ingredients to make grilled tuna belly:

  • 400 grams of tuna belly
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 2 units of potatoes
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 bunch of fresh parsley

How to make grilled tuna belly:

  1. To prepare the grilled tuna belly, we gather all the ingredients.
  2. Cook the peeled and chopped potatoes in a pot with boiling water until they are tender.
  3. We macerate the garlic and the chopped parsley in a bowl with olive oil.
  4. When they are soft, drain the potatoes and season them with salt and the mixture of garlic and parsley. This will be the garnish for our tuna recipe.
  5. Separately, in a frying pan over high heat, heat a drizzle of olive oil and put the grilled tuna belly. Salt and let brown on both sides, a few seconds on each side.
  6. We present the grilled tuna belly with seasoned potatoes and a sprig of parsley.
