Grilled Stuffed Mushrooms Recipe

Surely you have tried sautéed mushrooms with butter, but we always teach you to innovate and by making some simple modifications to that easy mushroom recipe we get a delicious and very striking dish. Grilled stuffed mushrooms are a different version of the typical stuffed mushrooms that you will surely like.

Ingredients to make Grilled Stuffed Mushrooms:

  • 150 grams of Mushrooms
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 1 tablespoon of butter
  • 10 grams of dried parsley
  • 1 pinch of salt and pepper

How to make Grilled Stuffed Mushrooms:

1.Before making this recipe for dinner, the first step is to get all the ingredients ready.

2.In a pan, melt the butter over low heat, add the finely chopped garlic and cook for 2 minutes, stirring constantly to prevent it from burning.

3.It is time to add the finely chopped dried parsley and mix. If the mixture is too dry add a little extra butter, season with salt and pepper.

4.Apart, make a hole and remove the stem of the mushrooms. Cook on both sides on a non-stick griddle, the mushrooms should be golden, sprinkle a pinch of salt.

5.Once they are ready fill with the mixture and enjoy. The stuffed grilled mushrooms are perfect to serve as a tapa, as a garnish for stronger dishes such as a caramelized loin or to prepare for dinner.
