Grilled sea bream recipe

Ingredients to make Grilled Bream:

  • 1 sea bream
  • fennel
  • 2 slices of bacon

How to make Grilled Sea Bream:

  3. Brush all the sea bream with oil.
  4. In the gut of the sea bream put the sprig of fennel or thyme.
  5. You can now put the bream in the oven over moderate heat.
  6. From time to time and very carefully, turn it over and spray it with a little more oil.
  7. Serve the sauce in a separate sauce boat.
