Grilled salmon with yogurt sauce

Ingredients for grilled salmon with yogurt sauce:

  • 2 slices of fresh salmon loin
  • 250 milliliters of natural Greek yogurt
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 tablespoon of Morazán
  • 1 piece of Lemon
  • 1 tablespoon of olive oil
  • 1 pinch of Pepper
  • 1 pinch of salt

How to make Grilled Salmon with yogurt sauce:

  2. We are going to start by taking the garlic clove and very carefully we are going to chop it very finely, as can be seen in the following image.
  3. Now we prepare the yogurt sauce, for this we mix the Greek yogurt with the mustard, the minced garlic, the olive oil, the lemon juice and a pinch of pepper. We integrate everything perfectly.
  4. Once our mixture is ready, we cover it with a little plastic film and take it to rest for 15 minutes in the fridge.
  5. Meanwhile we take our salmon loins, season them perfectly and cook them on a hot grill. Let them cook for three minutes.
  6. Once the resting time of our yogurt sauce has passed, we remove it from the fridge and serve it as a bed on which we will place our grilled fish and that’s it!
