Grilled salmon recipe (juicy), with eels and olive and anchovy sauce

Ingredients to make grilled salmon (juicy), with eels and olive and anchovy sauce:

  • 4 salmon fillets
  • 1 package of eels
  • coarse salt
  • olive oil
  • parsley
  • the juice of a lemon (or dressing)
  • For the willow:
  • 200ml liquid cream
  • 8 or 10 pitted olives
  • 1 can of anchovies

How to make grilled salmon (juicy), with eels and olive and anchovy sauce:

  1. Put the iron to heat with the coarse salt.
  2. Put the salmon loins in a very hot griddle, greased with olive oil and with the skin facing up.
  3. We made the lemon juice on top.
  4. We will turn and lower the power of the iron so that they are done well on the inside but juicy and golden on the outside.
  5. The parsley is done.
  6. When they are almost done, leave a hole in the center of the plate and put the baby eels.
  7. While making the sauce: chop the olives and anchovies in the food processor.
  8. Add the liquid cream and chop everything together a little again.
  9. We heat this mixture in a pan without boiling (you can add a little ground pepper in a grinder)
  10. The loins are placed on the plate, on them the baby eels and on these the sauce.
