Put a few drops of olive oil on a griddle and, with kitchen paper, spread them well all over the griddle. Heat over high heat.

Flip the slices over. If you want to make pumpkin garnish, add a little salt to the side that is already done and let the other side cook. Put salt only on one of the sides.

If you want to prepare the cheesy squash for a delicious appetizer, turn it over and put blue cheese bits on the surface that is already cooked. While the other side is made, the cheese will melt little by little. Just before serving, sprinkle a few walnut pieces on top.

And if you prefer to make a pumpkin dessert, turn it over and put a mixture of brown sugar and cinnamon on the face that is already cooked. Let the other side be done little by little.

Serve the grilled pumpkin right away. Whichever option you choose, it will surely be an exquisite bite.
