Ingredients to make Grilled Mushrooms:
• 1 thread of round mushrooms, of those that form a casserole
• 25 grams of sobrasada
• half a cup of olive oil
• 4 cloves of garlic
• Salt
• Pepper to taste
How to make Grilled Mushrooms:
It is carefully cleaned with a cloth and a knife to remove all the sand. Try not to have to wash them.
Patience when cleaning them is achieved so that they do not lose their delicious aroma. From the stem, just cut a slice inside each mushroom, put a crumb of sobrazada, a little garlic, salt and pepper and a few drops of oil. Place a griddle over the wood embers and roast gently.
Five minutes of cooking is more than enough. Serve before it loses heat.
