Ingredients to make Grilled Monkfish:
- 1 kilogram of monkfish tail
- 2 garlic cloves
- 1 handful of parsley
- 1 splash of olive oil
- 1 pinch of salt
How to make Grilled Monkfish:
- Prepare the ingredients.
- Clean the anglerfish tail of skins. If you want, you can remove the central spine as well.
- Add a little salt to the monkfish. Put a griddle on the fire and, when it is very hot, put a thread of oil and put the monkfish on top.
- In a glass, put the garlic and parsley with a good jet of oil.
- Blend the mixture to make a simple green sauce that will accompany your grilled fish.
