Grilled Jig Squid Recipe

Ingredients to make Grilled Jig Squid:

  • A fresh squid weighing one kg.
  • Salt
  • Olive oil
  • two cloves of garlic
  • Parsley

How to make Grilled Jig Squid:

  1. 1 Clean the inside of the squid well and remove the skin.
  2. Add to the hot plate, a pinch of salt and olive oil.
  3. Chop on the griddle without finishing dividing the pieces.
  4. Serve in a bowl with lettuce on the bottom and green sauce on top.
