Ingredients to make Grilled Jig Squid:
- A fresh squid weighing one kg.
- Salt
- Olive oil
- two cloves of garlic
- Parsley
How to make Grilled Jig Squid:
- 1 Clean the inside of the squid well and remove the skin.
- Add to the hot plate, a pinch of salt and olive oil.
- Chop on the griddle without finishing dividing the pieces.
- Serve in a bowl with lettuce on the bottom and green sauce on top.
