Grilled Hake Recipe

Ingredients to make Grilled Hake:

  • 1 pinch of Pepper
  • 600 grams of open and boneless Hake
  • 4 garlic cloves
  • ½ unit of chili
  • 200 milliliters of virgin olive oil
  • 1 pinch of salt

How to make grilled Hake:

  1. Once the hake is clean and boneless, cut it into 4 portions.
  2. Salt it and place it in a frying pan with little oil.
  3. We turn it over and let it be done on the other side.
  4. In a separate saucepan we arrange the filleted garlic with the oil and put it on the fire.
  5. When the garlic begins to fry, remove from the heat and add the half chili.
  6. When the hake is cooked, remove it from the pan and lightly sauce with the oil and garlic.
  7. Place on the plates in which we are going to serve and accompany with a garlic-flavored mashed potato.
