Ingredients to make Grilled Hake:
- 1 pinch of Pepper
- 600 grams of open and boneless Hake
- 4 garlic cloves
- ½ unit of chili
- 200 milliliters of virgin olive oil
- 1 pinch of salt
How to make grilled Hake:
- Once the hake is clean and boneless, cut it into 4 portions.
- Salt it and place it in a frying pan with little oil.
- We turn it over and let it be done on the other side.
- In a separate saucepan we arrange the filleted garlic with the oil and put it on the fire.
- When the garlic begins to fry, remove from the heat and add the half chili.
- When the hake is cooked, remove it from the pan and lightly sauce with the oil and garlic.
- Place on the plates in which we are going to serve and accompany with a garlic-flavored mashed potato.
