How to make Grilled Chicken Pasta Salad:

We start this recipe for pasta and chicken breast salad by heating water in a saucepan and when it starts to boil, add the pasta . Let cook until al dente (that is, done but not excessively soft). Then we put it in a colander, add cold water and let it release all the water.

Meanwhile, we wash the apple, we remove the tail and the heart and cut it into small pieces, leaving the skin. We put it in a large bowl.

We take the roasted chicken breast , remove the skin and bones and cut it into pieces. This step is very simple to do with the cold meat and using only your hands since the breast becomes strands very easily. Put the pieces of poultry in the container where we are going to present the pasta salad with chicken and mayonnaise.

Cut the feta cheese into cubes and add it. Drain the corn and add it together with the pasta and a handful of raisins.

Remember that all the ingredients that you add to the pasta salad with chicken and apple can vary according to your tastes.

Add a couple of tablespoons of mayonnaise to the pasta salad with chicken and cheese and mix well. Remember that you can make the homemade mayonnaise sauce yourself.

Trick: Don’t go overboard with the mayonnaise, since it consists of dressing and not drowning the ingredients in sauce.

We can serve the pasta salad with grilled chicken immediately or take it to the refrigerator and serve it fresh. It is an ideal option to take to work if we have to eat out. Bon Appetite!
