Green Stew Recipe
Ingredients to make Green Stew:
- 1 chicken cut into pieces or cut into 2-1/2 pound chicken pieces

- 2 tablespoons olive oil

- 2 chopped carrots
- 3 cloves of minced garlic
- 2 minced green peppers (canella)

How to make green stew:
Season the chicken with salt and pepper.
In a large pot caldera, heat the oil and brown the chicken, 2 to 3 minutes on each side.
