Ingredients to make Green Banana Smoothie:

  1. 1 unit of Banana
  2. 150 grams of spinach
  3. ½ unit of Avocado
  4. 1 teaspoon of flower honey
  5. 250 milliliters of Milk
  6. 1 tablespoon oat flakes

How to make Green Banana Smoothie:

  • We gathered all the ingredients to prepare the green smoothie with banana.
  • Peel the banana, chop it and place it in a blender glass along with the milk.
  • Add the oat flakes and beat with the mixer. If you don’t have oat flakes you can put a little oat flour.
  • Add the washed and cut spinach into small pieces and continue beating until there are no lumps.
  • Next, we add half an avocado that we have previously peeled. The avocado will give a creamy texture to this green smoothie.
  • Finally, we add a teaspoon of flower honey that will sweeten this energy shake while providing it with more nutrients.
  • If the green smoothie with banana is too thick you can add a few ice cubes or a little more milk.
